Digispatch Software is a dispatch and tracking application designed for bike messengers and courier services to accept orders online, and dispatch jobs over the internet. Whether you're a bike messenger working solo, or a company with hundreds of messengers, Digispatch can accept all of your orders online, price them, and forward them directly to your email, phone, or web-enabled device. You can dispatch your orders directly to your messengers from your phone or desktop, and your customers can track their packages online.
Digispatch grows with you. Whether you are a Ronin Warrior or a new company with a few messengers, Digispatch allows you to manage your staff and review their runs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You can always add more messengers and phones as needed.

You are in control. With Digispatch software, you define your delivery zones. You set the prices for your zones, including extra rates for oversize and overweight packages, as well as rush deliveries. Your clients have the option to pay for individual runs and montly bills by PayPal.
Digispatch Software also helps you bill your clients. It will tally your clients' jobs, allow you to over-ride prices, and help you prepare an invoice to send your clients. You can also download monthly activity to your desktop for accounting purposes.

Digispatch Software is a subscription based application. We offer packages that are based on your company size: the number of messengers and dispatchers you want to support. We charge a nominal set-up fee, and a flat monthly subscription fee. There are no hidden costs.
Easy Set Up
Because Digispatch Software is a web-based application, it works on all web-compatible platforms. So if you use a Mac and your clients use Windows, it's not a problem. All of the server set up is on our side. You simply submit a questionnaire about your business, and we take care of the technical details. After that, you select your zones and set your rates, and you're ready to go!
